2nd QUARTER 2010 REPORTS COVER APRIL - JUNE 2010.
CHAPTER REPORTS (DOCUMENTS) ARE POSTED BELOW so that other chapters can access, review and print sparingly. VCOC no longer prints them all for distribution to all chapters. Each report will be posted in two formats for each chapter... Word and PDF. Currently most are Word only.
REPORT FORMAT is provided on another page of this website, and was approved at the January 2010 VCOC meeting. New this year is chapter excellence assessment (using MOAA tool), Public Affiars (news items submitted to local papers/published), and fewer contacts listed on the one-page report. Format was changed primarily to help chapters meet goals, achieve excellence, win awards, and increase membership. Be sure to quantify Give Me Tens, separating paid and free memberships.
POINT OF CONTACT (POC) concerning quarterly reports in 2010-2011 is VCOC 3rd Vice President (and Membership/Chapter Affairs Chair) CDR John Baumgarten, USN, Ret. He screens reports before sending them to web manager for web posting. Chapters submit reports simultaneously to VCOC Secretary and CDR Baumgarten.
