Virginia Excelled MOAA's GIVE ME TEN in 2006

TOP COUNCIL NATION-WIDE !
MOAA's Give Me Ten program was a huge success in Virginia, under the leadership of Virginia Council of Chapters (VCOC) President Colonel Bill Flanagan and VCOC Membership Chair / 3rd VP LTC Paul Mehler. Goals were to have all 15 Virginia chapters participate and 75% of Virginia chapters each sign-up 10 or more new MOAA members. VCOC was the only Council in the country to achieve both Give Me Ten goals.
