This is just a sample to show what can be done with the VCOC website and password protected files.
It would be up to the committee to decide what goes on this portion of VCOC website. VCOC Web Coordinator would post it (but not write it).
Items here would not be accessible to the general public, but only to those with the established user name and password.

EXAMPLES OF ITEMS TO POST INCLUDE:
Roster of Legislative Committee, with Names, Address and Phone Numbers. As up to date as possible, as would not need to wait for quarterly paper copy of roster.
Email list to cut and paste into emails to entire committee.
Draft items for review that the committee does not want accessible to the public.
