The Virginia Council of Chapters meets quarterly - in JANUARY, APRIL*, JULY & OCTOBER.  Most meetings are at Fort Lee Virginia, which has proved to be a convenient central location.  Fort Lee meetings are scheduled at either the Quartermaster Museum, Women's museum, or Fort Lee Club.  Meetings may sometimes be hosted by Virginia chapters.  Quarterly VCOC meetings are generally held from 10 AM to 3 PM, the 2nd Friday of the month*.  Once every two years the VCOC holds an expanded biennial dinner meeting with officers elected at the daytime meeting and sworn-in at the dinner that night.  The next biennial meeting will be in Oct 2009.
