HIGHLIGHTS:
__ Voted approval of Southside Virginia Chapter nomination of Delegate Kirk Cox for special VCOC Outstanding Service Award - to be presented at biennial VCOC meeting.
__ Voted approval of VCOC Legislative Awards, which were nominated by VCOC Legislative Committee. To be presented by chapters.
__ Nominating Committee presented nominees for 2012-13 VCOC officers. Election to be held at October Biennial day meeting and installed at the evening dinner, effective 1 Jan 2012.
__ Voted to change location of October 13th Biennial Meetings (from Petersburg to Williamsburg - PATRIOTS COLONY)
__ Nominated and approved recipient of VCOC Minuteman Award, to be presented at biennial VCOC meeting.
__ Presented Communication Awards to chapter recipients.
__ MOAA's COL Lee Lange presented the new test program for chapter membership in Virginia & Texas.
