Scanned Letter from VADM Ryan

VISIT LEGISLATORS AT HOME OFFICES IN AUGUST 2006 !

WEAR YOUR VIRGINIA MAOA "UNIFORM" Blue Jacket, White Shirt, Red Tie, MOAA Badge

The VCOC supported VADM Ryan's call to action (per letter at left).  It is important
to be consistent in our VIrginia priorities - not present a smorgasbord of
issues.  VCOC President asks Virginia chapters to support VCOC Legislative VP, Sam Wilder's  proposed approach, which incorporates the national issues into our council priorities.
