The Council Crier is published quarterly in March, June, September and December. Paper copies are mailed to Virginia chapter of MOAA presidents, VCOC Reps, VCOC Legislative Reps, VCOC board members, plus MOAA Chapter and Council Affairs & Legislative departments. . The electronic version - eCrier - is posted on line.
INPUT for the Council Crier is due to editor the 10th of the month prior to publication: 10 Feb for March Crier. 10 May for June Crier. 10 Aug for September Crier. 10 Nov for December Crier.
Please provide text documents separate from photos and graphics, with photos and graphics in JPEG format.

CHAPTER NEWSLETTERS:
Each Virginia MOAA Chapter is requested to send at least one copy of each Chapter newsletter to each of the other Virginia chapters, plus one to VCOC President and Secretary (some send to all VCOC officers). This helps to share info, ideas, and best practices.
