Pages are provided in two formats below - Word (so that chapters can modify and use all or part of the page locally) and PDF (cannot be changed, but can be downloaded even if you do not have Word). The Word documents have page numbers in "footer" along with The Council Crier and date. Documents are in color (mailed version was black & white).
The mailed version cost $278. for printing, assembly, seals and stamps. Seals will be used on future Criers as well. Labels were used from previous quarter purchase.
